1. Eligibility for Return
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged during transit
- Product has a manufacturing defect
- Wrong product delivered
Returns for change of mind or personal preference are not accepted unless explicitly mentioned on the product page.
2. Return Timeframe
- Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.
3. Condition of Product
To qualify for a return:
- Product must be unused
- Original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoice must be intact
- Product must not show signs of misuse or installation damage
4. Proof Requirement
Customers must provide:
- Clear photos or videos of the issue
- Unboxing video (recommended for faster approval)
Failure to provide proof may result in rejection of the claim.
5. Return Process
- Raise a return request via email or contact form.
- Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days.
- If approved, pickup or return instructions will be shared.
6. Refund Policy
- Once the returned product is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to company error.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Products repaired by unauthorized service centers
- Items without original packaging
- Clearance or special discounted items (if marked non-returnable)
8. Warranty vs Return
After 7 days of delivery, any product issue will be handled under the applicable warranty terms, not return policy.
